I try to use every opportunity to figure out which bike I should buy. I want to use my triathlon road bike, but I also want to use something that is just suitable for cycling (preferably not a tri-bike).
my budget: 1500-2000 dollars
my questions:
I am five feet eleven inches and I am looking for a bike that suits me, what are the dimensions of a bike for a person?
I know carbon frames will be more expensive than aluminum frames in general, is it really worth buying carbon frames or is it just for weight loss and "hey, I have a carbon bike"?
https://9apps.ooo/ When buying a bike, is there anything you should know about in advance? really important about specific brands, such as problems.
I know I will also have to get pedals, what constitutes a good set of pedals? Is it profitable to buy those that fit the bike (brand)?
What are some good forums or places to get information about cycling / bicycles?
I hope it's okay that I'm accommodated here, I'm new to cycling and have only ever bought small, medium, large bikes, never spent too much money on them. but with the recent brake on my trusty 15 year old mountain bike, I feel like it's time to buy a new one.
